1. WHERE WE SHIP TO

Sharon Said can ship our products worldwide.We usually use the following air transport: DHL (www.dhl.com), UPS (www.ups.com), FedEx (www.fedex.com), CNE (www.cne.com).We partner with top international carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

2. SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

To ensure every dress meets our quality standards, all items (except "Ready to Ship" collection) are handcrafted upon order. Total Delivery Time = Tailoring/Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  • Tailoring Time: * Standard Orders: 12–18 business days.
    Custom Size/Design Orders: 15–22 business days.
    Rush Orders: 7–10 business days (Please contact us for availability).
  • Shipping Time: * Expedited Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 5–8 business days.
    Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days (Region dependent).
    • Note: We strongly recommend placing your order at least 6–8 weeks before your scheduled event to allow for any unforeseen transit delays or local alterations.

3. Shipping & Promotions

We offer worldwide shipping to ensure every bride and prom-goer can walk into their special moment wearing their dream dress.

  • Free Shipping | Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $299.
  • Standard Orders |  For orders under $299, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.
  • Expedited Upgrades | Need your dress sooner? Premium expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. CUSTOMS DUTY & TAX

The customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, clearance fees, or any similar charges imposed by the destination country’s customs or tax authorities.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for, responsible for, or required to reimburse any such charges.
We shall not be held responsible for any delays, refusals, or additional costs arising from customs clearance procedures.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Deliveries must be made to residential or business addresses.
Once the package has been shipped, it will be very difficult to change the address. Some remote regions may not support expedited shipping services.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
Orders with invalid addresses may fail to be delivered, increasing the risk of loss or destruction.

6. TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear due to transit or customs clearance.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
-Please check your mailbox or with neighbors 
-Contact your local courier or post office 
If the issue persists, please contact our support team.

7. DELIVERY DELAYS DISCLAIMER

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
