How to Return & Refund

  • Step 1: Submit a Request Please contact our Customer Service team via our website or email support@sharonsaiddress.com, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Step 2: Repack the Item Once approved, please repack the item(s) in original packaging and clearly write your order number (e.g., 5522206-1001) on the outer package.
  • Step 3: Ship the Package Drop off your return at your local post office. We recommend POST/USPS for a more affordable option .
  • Step 4: Refund Processing Once received, returns are processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent .
  • Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Return Conditions 

Thank you for shopping at Sharonsaid. To ensure the highest quality and perfect craftsmanship, most of our dresses are made-to-order (including standard sizes). We highly recommend that you carefully confirm your size, color, and style before placing an order.

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please contact us within this period to initiate the process. Returns without prior approval will be rejected.
  • Standard Sizes: Dresses ordered in standard sizes can be returned for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): Customized or tailored items (including custom-made Wedding Dresses and Haute Couture) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verifiable quality issue. Clearance items, flash sales, accessories, free gifts, and special holiday promotions (e.g., Black Friday 70% OFF / 30% OFF / $9.9 sections) are also strictly non-returnable.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and free from any stains, perfume, or cosmetic traces. All original tags and packaging must be intact. Items failing to meet these conditions will be rejected.
  • Shipping & Liability: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs; Cash on Delivery (COD) or Collect on Delivery shipments are not supported. We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit, or for customs delays.
  • Failed Deliveries: If a package is lost, destroyed, or returned due to customer-related issues (such as an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package), no refund will be issued.

Additional Fees

  • 2–3 items returned: 15% restocking fee.
  • 4+ items returned: 30% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that ordering a dress is an important decision . Since most items are made-to-order, cancellation is time-sensitive.
  • Within 24 hours: 95% refund + shipping fee
  • 24–72 hours: 80% refund + shipping fee
  • 72–120 hours: 50% refund + shipping fee
  • After 120 hours: Shipping fee only
  • Once shipped:  Cannot be cancelled
